How can I make myself better each day?
To improve and make yourself better each day, all you have to do better each day by pushing your boundaries and getting out of your comfort zone.These things will improve and make yourself better each day if you follow it consistently
- Stop Overthinking - As mostly people waste their lots of time in just thinking all the day and doing nothing. Stop it by giving the time to your thoughts and talk to yourself that what kinds of thoughts are productive thus start eliminating negative thoughts from your mind. Trust me it will definitely help you.
- Start Reading and Writing - This is the best thing to improve. Start reading books of your interest at least 1 hour and start writing journal and about your plans. By the day end you will able to evaluate yourself and your thoughts will become more constructive and positive.
- Get out of your Comfort Zone - The biggest problem for our laziness and procrastination is that we never want to get out of comfort zone. Thus lack of growth and improvement. So try to get out of comfort zone. Do the things that you are scared to doing because of failure because nothing is impossible without trying.
- Less Social Media - Don’t let social media distract you from your real life. Real life struggle is different from fake photos on social media. Don’t let social media ruin your life, know your priority.
- Exercise and Meditation - Do regular exercise and meditation. Exercise keeps your body fit and meditation gives you mental stability. We usually find it hard to spare time our health and end up having various body pains. Start with little efforts such start your day with 20 min walk then gradually increase it with daily efforts.
